    The initial consultation call, lasting 30-60 minutes, includes a wellness assessment to understand your main health concerns and wellness goals, as well as to determine the suitability of a coaching program.

    After scheduling your free consultation, you'll receive an online form covering key aspects of your health—nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and more—to guide our discussion.

  • How do your Health Coaching programs differ from one another ?

    The key difference between the programs lies in your commitment to your health journey and your specific wellness goals. Whether you’re aiming to introduce healthy habits or improve your overall quality of life, both require time, patience, and effort.

    If you want to focus on a single goal, like incorporating physical activity or a stress management practice, theBuild Your Healthy Habit program is a great starting point. However, if you have multiple wellness goals, the Build Your Healthy Lifestyle program would be more appropriate.

  • What is expected of me during the coaching program ?

    Making changes in daily life, such as incorporating physical activity or stress management practices, requires consistency, discipline, and patience. My coaching programs offer structure, accountability, and support, but your commitment and effort in integrating these changes are crucial. Ultimately, the more you put in, the more you get out of your program.

  • What if I need additional sessions during the program ?

    Introducing or changing daily practices often involves experimenting to find what works, what brings joy, and what aligns with you. This process is highly individual and varies from person to person.

    The programs are designed to best support clients in achieving their wellness goals. With sessions held every two weeks, clients have time to reflect, integrate changes, and address any challenges that arise. If you need additional sessions during the program, they can be arranged at an extra cost.

  • Are your Health Coaching programs available online ?

    Absolutely !

    Thanks to technology, my coaching sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to connect with me from anywhere. If you prefer in-person sessions, they can be arranged, though additional costs may apply for space rental and travel expenses.

    I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in the United States (Registration #2032 U.S).
